Light, cool looking keychain with a useful feature

I love this keychain. I bought it at the dealership in Huntington, NY at the same price it is available on amazon. When you pull on the ring, it detaches slightly allowing you to remove a key or the fob, which is a useful feature if you valet park your car and need to give attendants the fob but keep the other keys. Unless you deliberately pull on the ring, the keys will not come off. The logo is small and unassuming and the steel harmonizes nicely with the black leather strap.

I like it!!! However the emblem fell off so I reattached it!

I drive a black 530i with black leather interior. This keychain is the perfect match for me. I am accused of being a great dresser and of having great taste when it comes to style. Based on my taste this keychain is sleek and stylish. I also like how the spring loaded hook makes putting my key on it as easy as 1-2-3! You can pop keys on and off in seconds. One slight issue I had was the bottom of the chain brushed the top of my knee while driving so I tilted my sterring wheel up a hair or two (I'm 6'2" with long legs so most people won't have this issue).

I almost gave this item 3 stars vs 4 because the little BMW emblem fell off. Fortunately it fell off in my house vs some place where I would not find it. I used Super Glue to reattach it. Had I lost the emblem my emotions would have given this ietm 2 stars.

BEFORE applying the glue I placed the emblem inside the hole to line up the BMW letters with the key chain. Then I used a strip of transparent t ape to lift it out of the hole. Before making contact with the tape I ensured the bottom edge of the tape was aligned with the bottom edge of the metal piece that the emblem was sitting in. After lifting the emblem out with the tape I added a couple of small drops of Super Glue. I then aligned the tape's bottom edge with the metal piece edge and lowered the emblem back into the hole (this kept the BMW letters aligned with the keychain). I then carefully wrapped the tape around the metal piece and allowed the glue to cure for a few hours before gently removing the tape. Has not fallen out since.
