Digital laser measurements of interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit! A patent pending High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material allows for a rigid core for strength while offering surface friction to the carpet, as well as tactile feel to the surface! Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir with further channeling to help minimize fluid movement while driving! Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTechFloorLiner™ over the door sill...no muss-no fuss! Rear FloorLiners™ incorporate m any of the same design features as the front FloorLiners™. Rear FloorLiners™ (where offered) are manufactured from a proprietary custom blended TPO (thermopolyolefin) that is not only wear resistant, but also remains flexible under temperature extremes. Exact fit and everything they claim to be.

Purchased these for a 2011 Ford Ranger 4x4 XLT. The truck is used to commute to and from construction sites. The floor mats cover the carpet in the front driver and passenger areas. They are molded and fit exactly to the areas they cover. The edges go up the sides approximately two inches. This keeps muddy boots from marking up the outer edges of the carpet. The floor mats can be easily removed and cleaned off with a sponge and water hose. The floor mats seem to be very durable and will probably last the lifetime of the truck. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Works on Vinyl Floors

I drive a base model 2007 Ford Ranger and purchased these mats to add a little protection to the vinyl floors. I ordered them, then was reading some information about them on the WeatherTech website. I noticed a note saying they're not compatible with vinyl floors. This had me concerned. However, after installing them I have a difficult time understanding what the fuss was about. They fit nicely. They also don't slide around anymore than any other floor mat. What cost this review a star is two things:

1. There is no note on Amazon about the vinyl floor fit issue like there was on the WeatherTech website. That caused me some anxiety.
2. The little tear dropped hole designed to hold the drivers side mat in place has nothing to catch on with the vinyl floor. A note about that would have also been nice.

I'm pleased with these mats and will likely buy more of them for another vehicle my family drives.
